Election season is here. It's time to start taking back our city! We have seven State Representative and Two State Senators who represent our city. Only one of them is a Republican, Mary Rogeness, and she is retiring. We can't afford to lose her seat, we need to work hard to help whomever runs for that seat. But, we can't just concentrate on that seat. We need to find candidates and launch a city wide campaign against all incumbent Democrats.
If we start campaigns against all of them it will make it hard for them to support one another. And, don't be afraid of a primary. There are many of you out there who wont run if there is another Republican running, there is nothing wrong with a primary. A Primary election is a good thing because it keep your name in the news. No matter who wins it is good for the Candidate because they have kept their name out there. Plus the fact that they are coming off of a win helps build the momentum they need to challenge the Democratic Machine.
